Owner Jeffrey Silverstein of Barking Babies / Bow Wow babies used to own Raising Rover in NYC.  He mislead consumers and is now being sued.  Read Here   Dog also came from a puppy mill and has had many health issues.

Lady Bought a Brussells Griffon puppy - but it doesn't look like one.  Especially not for $1,600.
